Saturday
Pre-weekend work Arrive at club and have boat rigged ready for an 09:30 meet and breif. Please ensure that your boat is fully prepared for two days of busy use, any gear failure will result in a group punishment (don't worry they are usually good fun). The point being this is your training event and you don't want to waste it fixing your boat. Please bring a note book and pen to take notes, I promise you won't be able to keep all the stuff in your head.
Meet in the allocated room at 09:30 to meet and greet and start breif
session 1 starts at 10:50 split into two groupsWe will work on a windward leeward course with a rolling start sequence. to see what stanard we are at and gain a grasp of the essentials Adam to orchestrate as near the club as possible look at dry land drills on a Fireball
lunch at 12:30 video debreif how it went Adam  our room  
Session 2 starts at 14:00  split into two groupsWe will work on a windward leeward course with a rolling start sequence. Start refining some of the processes we have discovered Adam to orchestrate as near the club as possible look at dry land drills on a Fireball
Video debreif and assesment of the day so far, followed by little Jonny and the perfect hill. You will never look at rigs in the same way again ! Hopefully far too much beer and dancing.
Sunday
Breif at 09:30 on water by 10:15 Lets go gut busting establish the principles of boat handling under pressure Adam to run as near the club as possible Discuss the importance of communication
Lunch 12:30 video debreif durring lunch and race instructions for Race
Winter series race Lets start putting it all into practice this is the real world Adam to video to be announced  
Video and final debreif Final debreif session in club house to see where we have got to. Final Q and A session depending on flight times.
post course work read through notes made at the weekend and continue to practice all techniques discussed over the weekend. Rememberit's not the weekend that counts,it's the ideas you take away and work on that matter.
