Blackwater is home to a growing fleet of Fireballs - Y&Y report onthe 2012 event here - 12 fireballs in 2012
A club with a strong home fleet, expect some stiff competition from the local experts who will attempt to use their local knowledge to lead the fleet home.
Exit the A12 at Hatfield Peverel, taking the B1019 to Heybridge (6 miles). Turn left at the first roundabout onto the B1026, right at the second roundabout continuing on the B1026 towards Goldhanger. After 1 mile, turn right for Heybridge Basin. The club entrance is located after 200 yards on the left.
