As a final note, we bought our Fireball because we’d heard the racing was high class. The reality definitely matches the reputation. Not only that, the class is a friendly, competitive and social group of people. If you ever had a thought that maybe I should get a Fireball then just do it, you won’t be disappointed. South African Nationals 2017

Whereas last year, the South African Fireball National Championships was sailed at Mossel Bay as part of the Fireball Worlds Pre-Worlds, this year it was sailed on an inland water without the presence of the international contingent.
