Australian Sailors Honoured

Congratulations to Robin Inns and Joel Coultas who this week were named South Australian Sailors of the Year.

Robin and Joel finished second in the 2012 World Championships, missing out on the win by 1 point.

They were on track to win the Australian Championships when their rudder gudgeon broke in the final race.

In a highly competitive fleet (6 boats from the top ten at the worlds) they won the South Australian Championship.

And to top it off the won the Adelaide Sailing Club championship.

Robin and Joel are great ambassadors for the class.  It is great to see the Fireballs honoured ahead of so many others.
