Final Races of South Australian States

The final two races of our state championship were held on Sunday at Largs Bay SC in a lumpy WNW wind. It was breezy for the first race but it moderated quite a bit for the second race. The full overall results will follow next week - our scorer is overseas! Thanks to the Sharpie class as well as the club for all getting together and putting on a great event. We had bouncy castles, free beers, free BBQ. What else could you ask for!

Our Screwball award this week went to past Fireballer and current Sharpie sailor Steve Luders. Steve managed to collide with a keel boat. Who do you think came off the better in that incident? :)

The overall (top 3) will be 1st Robin Inns/Joel Coultas, 2nd John Heywood/Brett Littledike, 3rd Nathan Stockley/David Kemp.

The handicap positions and other "special" prizes will be kept secret until presentation day.....
