THAILAND HERE WE COME

Where? - Royal Varuna Yacht Club, Pattaya.

Many of you have experienced the sensational sailing and atmosphere that the RVYC offers, either first hand or through the many stories that have come back with past competitors.  The club is first class with a pool, near new clubhouse complete with beautiful alfresco dining area looking over the bay, plenty of rigging area and sensational food.

Pattaya itself has something to offer everyone. The local market offer cheap clothing so pack light as your bags are sure to be full on the trip home.  The night life in Pattaya is legendary but for those wanting a more relaxed approach there are plenty of beautiful quieter areas to take in and have a meal.

Pattaya is located 2 hours south of Bangkok so is easy to access from the airport and is very close to the port keeping shipping costs low.

When? - 22 March to 4th April 2014

The race and social program is still to be set but we have set dates from a Saturday to Friday so it allows competitors time to get to the event without excessive leave.

The event has been scheduled outside holiday times so that costs for accommodation and flights are on the lower side.
