Italian Regional Racing - 2nd Event

On Sunday the 19th of May the second round of the regional championships was held at Lake Bracciano Yacht Club.

Three great races were sailed with winds touching on 18 knots.

Eight boats took part with the winner being the Lion Crew - Roselli with three convincing wins.

This allowed them to consolidate their lead in the championship.

Second place went to Leo - Campati who sailed extremely well in the windy conditions considering their light weight.

Third place went to Palermi - Needs who suffered after a capsize in race two.

A special thanks to our newer members who took to the water in trying conditions to ensure that the minimum of eight boats to hold a championships was achieved.
