Swiss Fireball Training Weekend

At the weekend of 11th/12th of May 12 teams of different levels showed up for the training in Mammern/ Lake of Constance. Some new faces could be welcomed. Great!
On Saturday we went out in a gentle westerly breeze to do some intense excercises. Unfortunately the wind died mid afternoon. Time for the classroom or a check of rig settings.
In the evening the superb BBQ including a marvelous strawberry tiramisu was great to make new friends and ask and tell 'how to's'.
Sunday was windy. Perfect to practise strong wind technics for some. Others had some on shore drills before they went to try out.
Everyone is now in shape for the Swiss Nationals from 23rd to 27th of May taking place in Lugano close to the Italian border.
