Nick Rees appointed by Council as FI Commodore

Present FI Commodore Christina Haerdi doesn't stand for a 3rd term. Current term will end by 31st December this year.
As there was no nomination made by NCAs until end of August Council had to appoint the future Commodore. (See FI Constitution 7.3, 7.5 & 7.6)
Nick Rees (GBR/AUS), who has accepted to be appointed by Council as FI Commodore would be happy to take over from Christina by 1st January 2024.
